The Lucky Draw is open to all Eligible Customers who joining us during 2021 and satisfy the requisite requirements stipulated in the following Terms and Conditions:
- Eligible Customer means customers who have purchased a New Standard/ Essentials Allianz OSHC Policy through Annalink OSHCstudents between 01/01/2021 and 31/12/2021
- Each Eligible Customer will qualify for 1 (one) Lucky Draw entry for each Eligible OSHC Policy purchased with a full time cover.
- If an Eligible Customer purchases more than one Eligible Policy, he/she can qualify for multiple entries. However, the Eligible Customer will only be entitled to win 1 (one) Prize only.
- Cancelled/Refunded/Extended OSHC policy is not eligible for the lucky draw program.
- A total of Four (4) winners (collectively “Winners”) will be drawn at random by an audited lucky draw system starting from the 4th Prize Winner to the 1st Prize Winner.
- Winners will be announced in Jan 2022.
- Annalink OSHCstudents has the right to use photos, information of the winner and referral agent for our marketing purposes.
