When Quoting & Purchasing #
- Customer Information: Ensure that the student’s full name, date of birth, and visa details are entered accurately before purchasing. Incorrect information will affect the Certificate of Insurance (COI) and the visa application process.
- Policy Period: Carefully check the insurance start and end dates before confirming.
- Promotions: Promotions are displayed on the quote screen but may vary each month – please double-check before purchasing.
- Displayed Commission: The displayed commission amount is for reference only. The actual payment will depend on the payment terms stated in the contract.
After Purchase #
- Receiving the Certificate of Insurance (COI):
- You can download the COI directly from the portal once it is confirmed by the insurer.
- For returning customers, you can look up and re-download the COI from your purchase history.
Reviewing & Managing Past Transactions #
- Transaction History: Always check the history to avoid purchasing duplicate policies or selecting incorrect policy periods.
- You will receive confirmation emails from the system after completing the registration, payment, and receiving the COI.
- Your student will receive an email with the COI sent from the system.
