- OVHC is valid when you hold the corresponding eligible visa. Please check carefully whether the insurance package you purchase covers GP clinic visits only, or both GP and hospital services.
- For policy cancellations or refunds due to early departure or other reasons, please submit all required documents within 1 month from the cancellation date.
- If you need to extend your insurance, please log in to your account and make the payment.
- For any expected changes to your visa, please contact Annalink’s partner for assistance as soon as possible.
HOW TO USE YOUR INSURANCE #
In Australia, if you wish to see a doctor, you should first visit a GP (General Practitioner) clinic. If you need specialist care or hospital admission, the GP will refer you to the appropriate specialist or hospital.
Register and manage your insurance account – Here – After registering and logging in, you can:
- Submit claims online
- Update personal information (phone number and address)
- Change your password
- Upgrade
- Setup Direct Debit
