Due to the spread of COVID-19 (also known as Novel Coronavirus), the Australian Government has announced that as of 1 February 2020, all travellers, including international students, arriving from any part of mainland China, regardless of nationality, will be subject to enhanced border control measures to ensure the health, safety and well-being of the Australian community.

What if I am unable to return to Australia to continue my study due to the Covid-19 travel restrictions?
We encourage students to contact their education provider to discuss possible deferment of studies if they be are unable to return to Australia to continue their studies.

What if I need to change the dates of my OSHC?
Please contact Annalink OSHCstudents and our agents to discuss updating your policy start and end date.
Are there any restrictions on how many times the policy dates can be changed?
There is no limitation on how many times a policy start date and policy end date can be changed for your OSHC.

Does my OSHC provide cover fo Covid-19 (Novel Coronavirus)?
Cover is available to AGA OSHC policyholders for medical services provided in hospital and out of hospital, including PBS prescription medicines and emergency treatment*.
