How and When to activate OSHC?
To activate insurance, students need to hold a student visa and have arrived in Australia:
– If you have just arrived in Australia: you need to activate OSHC at the time of your arrival in Australia
– If the student is in Australia applying for visa extension or visa conversion: activate OSHC once granted the student visa
Students can activate it on the website or mobile app (Instructions will be sent with the OSHC certificate)
