Not just that, the part that makes it indistinguishable is that it is a completely English-speaking nation and has a multicultural society containing people from one end, i.e. Pacific islands to the farthest end, i.e. Africa. New Zealand is home to exotic and scenic surroundings which include lush green gardens, rainforests, beaches and what not! New Zealand is also reputed for its soothing weather.

Few aspects to ponder upon

1) Accommodation – There area many shared accommodations available for students with rent varying from $300/month to higher. Easy to find, but you’ll have to roam around the local areas to find homes closer to your uni.

2) Lifestyle – It is easy to maintain good lifestyle provided you work hard. You’ll have to manage both studies and part time unless you are planning to take money for expenses from your family.

3) Uni hours- Uni hours area way lesser than those in India. so you get plenty of time for yourself. However, you do need company to keep you busy or entertained.

4) Study – The studies are comparatively harder so if you were an average student in India, buckle up to work way more harder on studies since there is no spoon feeding, no copy pasted assignments. There are people who will help you with assignments provided you have something to share with them.

All in all, if you are a person who faces challenges, is used to do hard work or at least have the determination to do some hard work, only then go there. Otherwise, failing a subject makes you pay the entire fee for the subject again and repeat it, not just the exam. Also, if you are slower to grasp things, it might get harder for you to manage work and study.

I trust Allianz Care since it is one of the largest insurance companies in Australia, with the medical centres where I only have to pay for what is left from insurance support. (no need to claim later). Besides, those centres are located at the centre of the city, close to schools. Very convenient, right? Credits to Allianz Care for providing reliable medical centres for health check and treatments.

I’ve been living with homestay family for 2 years. I’m now 19, I can move out but I don’t want to leave my host, who has become my family. It feels like I’ve met my second family. Thanks OSHCstudents for sending me to this homestay!

I realised how important insurance was when I started living in Australia. There I switched to using Allianz Care instead of the previous service. Allianz Care is extraordinarily good in its consulting service and customer care. I’ve learned a lot about Australian health care, also I was consulted with mental issues and how to live a healthy lifestyle. I am very happy now.

Thanks to Allianz Care, every time I claimed my medical receipts it processed much more quickly and easily than I expected. I was initially a bit concerned since Allianz Care is more expensive than other insurance companies, but now I can ensure that it is totally worth the money.
