Access Allianz Care Telehealth:
- Visit doctorsondemand.com.au
- Click “Get Started”
- Select the service you would like, i.e. “Appointment” or “Prescription”
- Choose to either “Speak to a Doctor Now” or “Schedule Appointment”
- At the Appointment screen, if you are a new patient select “Sign Up” to create an account, or if you already have an account – login with your email address and password
- Under “Redeem a Benefit” enter your OSHC or OVHC membership number (excluding Budget Working cover and Budget Visitors cover)
- Complete the questions to make your booking
