Stay Active

Whether that be through going to the gym, weekend sports teams, or a simple leisurely walk to get you started – staying active is vital. Not only does physical activity help keep the pounds off, but it’s great for mental well-being as it releases endorphins.

Skincare

Thankfully, skincare has gained an enormous amount of momentum over the years, establishing its importance in one’s health routine. Many of us now take the time to learn about ingredients, and their advantages and learn about what our individual complexions need. The sacred rule for everyone, at any age, will always be SPF.

Sweet Dreams

A good night’s sleep is an important step in one’s health routine. It’s the time when your body reenergizes, renews, and heals itself ready for the new day. A few steps to a good night’s sleep are cutting down on screen time a couple of hours before bed, using your senses such as sound and smell to help soothe you off to sleep or even reading a book or writing an entry in your journal.

Listen to Your Body

Many of us will take the necessary steps to be healthier such as working out, eating healthy, etc. But one which is just as important is having a relationship with your body, listening to what it’s telling you.

This can include any food sensitivities you can pick up as you age, learning to notice when your body is telling you to slow down, etc.

It also means learning to eat and stop eating when your body is telling you you’re hungry or full – preventing you from the habit of snacking/overeating.

Vitamins

One quick fix to help boost your healthy habits and overall well-being is through vitamin tablets. Vitamins can help with your general body health. You can even take collagen tablets which can help with your complexion and tackle the declining levels as you grow older.

I trust Allianz Care since it is one of the largest insurance companies in Australia, with the medical centres where I only have to pay for what is left from insurance support. (no need to claim later). Besides, those centres are located at the centre of the city, close to schools. Very convenient, right? Credits to Allianz Care for providing reliable medical centres for health check and treatments.

I’ve been living with homestay family for 2 years. I’m now 19, I can move out but I don’t want to leave my host, who has become my family. It feels like I’ve met my second family. Thanks OSHCstudents for sending me to this homestay!

I realised how important insurance was when I started living in Australia. There I switched to using Allianz Care instead of the previous service. Allianz Care is extraordinarily good in its consulting service and customer care. I’ve learned a lot about Australian health care, also I was consulted with mental issues and how to live a healthy lifestyle. I am very happy now.

Thanks to Allianz Care, every time I claimed my medical receipts it processed much more quickly and easily than I expected. I was initially a bit concerned since Allianz Care is more expensive than other insurance companies, but now I can ensure that it is totally worth the money.
